Our commitments

Working together to find the right balance

Training

No driving licence? We’ve got the solution

Here at Mousset, what matters is expertise and desire. Many of our employees first join the Mousset Group as part of an apprenticeship contract, following a work-study course before joining as a permanent employee. In the space of a few months, they learn the skills they need. Then, once when they’re ready, it’s time to hit the road!

Training

I’m 23 years old. I’ve been working at NEGO Transport for 3 years; it’s my first company. After meeting Pascal TRUBERT, the General Manager of NEGO, I started my internship there at the end of an agricultural studies course that was intended to enable me to work on a farm. But the transport sector decided otherwise! I stayed one year on a sandwich course at NEGO, passed my HGV licence, and everything went very well, to such an extent that I followed it up with a fixed-term contract and then a permanent contract.
Florent, HGV driver at NEGO Transport

Éco Pro Attitude

Humans and technology – working together for the environment

We are fully aware of the impact we have on the environment, which is why we have invested in new vehicles equipped with the very latest in steering technology. We are also looking into alternative energy sources (gas-powered vehicles are in the process of being developed) and all of our drivers are given training in energy-efficient driving.

Well-being

If you’re well, we all benefit

That’s how we see things here at Mousset. For that very reason, we place a massive emphasis on health (health insurance, telemedicine, providing the best materials in order to reduce difficult working conditions) and work/life balance, which is why we support our employees’ charity projects. We also always make sure that employees are able to discuss any difficulties they might be having with their manager.

Well-being

At MOUSSET, we are committed to the values of sport, effort and well-being, and long-term work. For example, the Vendée club of Pouzauges, which has 210 members, received financial support from the MOUSSET Group last summer. This is my daughter’s club, which I knew was in financial difficulty and was having trouble keeping up with its activities. I talked to my company, which immediately agreed to support the sports facility.

Adjustable shift schedules

You decide

Need to organise your work schedule to fit in a personal appointment? Family commitments? Or are you as free as a bird, and now is the perfect time to work a bit more to earn some extra money? This is something we can talk about together, finding the job that best suits you and your aspirations.

Adjustable shift schedules

For personal reasons, this year I had to change my work schedule in order to go home every day. The MOUSSET Group has been very accommodating, and I have been well supported.

Let’s talk about it.

Support

You’re never alone

Here at Mousset, we would never let a new recruit hit the road full of nerves. Each new driver is given the opportunity to discover their job in tandem with an experienced driver, until such time when they feel confident enough to drive on their own. In addition to these instructor drivers, all new recruits will be given close support by their manager and the regional training provider. Together, they will work with the employee to evaluate training requirements: equipment initiation, plotting routes, specialist training – no stone is left unturned as part of the integration course.

Support

When we are hired, we go on a three-week training course to get used to the challenges, in the company of experienced drivers. I liked this method because it also allowed me to become part of the company, get to know my colleagues better and ensure a more relaxed work environment.
Pierre, NEGO Transport driver

Independence

Free and responsible

At Mousset, it is our belief that everyone, in their role, is best placed to make the right decisions. The way we operate on a daily basis is centred around mutual trust.

Independence

Development

The opportunity to develop

Regardless of whether you’re a training provider, a manager, a director or even the CEO – at Mousset, many of our employees have benefited from internal promotion, helping them achieve their goals of progressing and developing.

We offer such a vast range of roles that you can switch directly from one sector to another, or from long-distance to short-distance travel, depending on your goals or personal requirements.

Development

Originally, I was trained as an accountant and controller. My management was afraid that I would get bored as an accountant and steered me towards the position of insurance manager: they trusted me and I learned on the job. Then I was offered the opportunity to take on responsibilities, by carrying out calls for tenders for the Group’s insurance policies. Later on, I wanted to go out in the field and that’s how I became a Manager.
Ingrid, LORALAIT Manager

Mobility

Interested in moving?

Looking for a change of scenery, or just to get closer to your family? At Mousset, we encourage mobility, helping to ensure the best possible conditions for you and your family. And with more than 100 agencies in France and around 20 overseas, there’s every chance that we can make your dream to move a reality.

Mobility

I’ve noticed that at MOUSSET, we attach great importance to professional development. No one is side-lined. I like to travel, discover, get things done, and I’ve been given the chance.
Sébastien, Director of PMS (Morocco)”

Shareholders

Everyone’s a shareholder…

In 2015, the Mousset Group opened up 10% of its capital to its employees, giving them the opportunity to benefit from profit-sharing in order to build savings.

Strategy

…and everyone’s involved

Separate from standard meetings, each week the Mousset Group organises a “Strategic Driving Seminar”. Over the course of two days, around thirty drivers from across our regions and all of our sectors consider the future of the company with the CEO, Frédéric Leblanc, and the steering committee…whose job it will be to implement the right ideas and take the recommendations on board!

Strategy

I took part in the seminar during which the idea of the recruitment bus was put forward. When the project was launched, I applied. That’s how I became a recruitment coordinator and drove the bus all over France to meet future colleagues!
